Can I Buy A Gift Voucher?

Yes! To give someone the ultimate virtual reality experience visit our E-Gift Vouchers Page.

How many people can play at once?

8 players can enter the arena at a time and most games can be played with as few as one player (although the more the merrier!)

For groups of 8+ check out our Groups or Corporate page. We’ll happily create a gaming package to keep your whole party entertained!

What should I wear?

This is an active gaming experience! Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and footwear (we recommend against high heels). We also recommend keeping eye makeup to a minimum as it can smudge the headset lens and impact your experience.

Can I wear my glasses?

Glasses can not be worn while playing Zero Latency games as they can interfere with the headset. We recommend wearing contact lenses if possible. Headsets’ focus can also be adjusted to compensate for +1 to -3.8 diopters.

Who can or cant play?

Players must be 10+ years of age to play.

Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play and will receive no refund.

Players need the ability to walk, unassisted and with the use of both hands for up to an hour.

Players with vision in one eye are able to play.

Players with heart conditions or who are heavily pregnant are not recommended to play.

For safety reasons players with epilepsy or similar seizure disorders or severe hearing loss are not able to play.

Can Zero Latency Games Cause Motion Sickness?

The Zero Latency system is designed to give you an immersive experience. Your body becomes the game controller and matches the movement of your avatar to your physical body.

Players don’t experience an awesome adventure without the motion sickness associated with other virtual reality systems.

Will I walk into a wall?

No! The game maps are customized to our arena and will alert you before you get close to any real world walls.

There is also always a Games Master in the arena to keep an eye on everyone and keep you safe.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have free limited parking in front of the venue.
