What should I wear?
This is an active gaming experience so please wear comfortable clothes and footwear (we do not recommend high heels). We also recommend keeping eye makeup to a minimum as it can smudge the headset lens and impact your experience.
Can I wear glasses?
It is recommended that glasses are not worn while playing at Zero Latency. Focus adjustors on our VR headsets can compensate for +1 to -3.8 diopters and generally work quite well. If that doesn’t work then your glasses may be worn as a last resort.
Who can or cannot play?
We recommend Zero Latency for players age 10+
Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play and will receive no refund.
Players need the ability to walk, unassisted and with the use of both hands.
Players with vision in one eye are able to play.
Players with heart conditions or who are heavily pregnant should not play.
For safety reasons players with epilepsy or similar seizure disorders or severe hearing loss should not play.
Can Zero Latency games cause motion sickness?
The Zero Latency system is designed to give you an immersive experience. Your body becomes the game controller and matches the movement of your avatar to your physical body.
99.99% of players worldwide have not experienced motion sickness while playing at Zero Latency.
Will I walk into a wall?
No! The game maps are customised to our arena and will alert you before you get close to any real world walls or other players.
There is also a Games Master in the arena to keep an eye on everyone and keep you safe.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have free parking at the front of the venue.
